The board also welcomed two new appointees: Maurie McGarvey, representing the city of Paducah , and Tonya Dubrock, representing the lodging industry.

Glenn Denton of Denton & Keuler Law Firm was elected chairman. Denton represents the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce on the CVB board. Kim Rust of Days Inn was elected treasurer. She represents the lodging sector of the Paducah Hospitality Association.

The Paducah Convention & Visitors Bureau elected a new chairman and treasurer this month.
