Estate planning can be defined as simply giving what you have to whom you want, when you want, and how you want.  Anyone who owns property (i.e., home,  bank accounts, personal belongings) needs an estate plan.

For some, an estate plan may consist of simply a will. Others with more assets or certain family situations may also need a trust, power of attorney, or living will directive for a complete estate plan.

Ted readily accepts offers by organizations to discuss the elements of proper estate planning.  If you would like to contact Ted about holding a seminar for your group or would like to arrange an appointment to discuss your estate, please contact him at either 270-443-8253 or by email at thutchins@dklaw.com.
