William E. Pinkston

named President of

McCracken County Bar Association

in Paducah, Kentucky


 

William E. Pinkston, an attorney and partner with the law firm of Denton & Keuler, has been named 2003 President of the McCracken County Bar Association. The Bar Association exists to ensure a continuing high standard of professional competence on the part of the members. As President, Mr. Pinkston's goals are to increase visibility on the part of the local bar, a commitment to ethics, and more opportunities for continuing education.

Mr. Pinkston is an active member of the community, including serving as Chairman of the Marine & Waterways Subcommittee of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Propeller Club, involvement in the Paducah Tilghman High School Tennis Association, and the Paducah Rotary Club.

A native of Murray, Mr. Pinkston holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky and Doctor of Juris Prudence degrees from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Pinkston served as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for McCracken County from 1979-1984.
