The 32 nd Annual Conference and Exposition of the Kentucky Association of Counties was held November 15-17, 2006, in Louisville , Kentucky . This year's conference agenda presented many of Kentucky 's leading officials such as Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson, Secretary of State Trey Grayson, Attorney General Gregory Stumbo, Kentucky Lt. Governor Steve Pence, Kentucky State Treasurer Jonathan Miller, and KACo Director of Insurance Joe Greathouse.

KACO's goal was to provide county leaders with up-to-date and critical insight to today's governmental issues. The annual KACo conference was instrumental in offering county officials a form to exchange insights, while creating positive alliances that will produce a solid, united vision for Kentucky 's future.
