On July 28th, 2006, Denton and Keuler partner David L. Kelly conducted a seminar on behalf of Lorman Education Services.
This one-day seminar was designed for attorneys, presidents,
vice presidents, accountants, credit managers, lenders, controllers, construction managers, project managers, office managers, business owners and managers, engineers, architects,
contractors, subcontractors, developers and insurance.

The goal of this seminar was to provide those in attendance with an overview of Kentucky and other applicable law relating to preserving and enforcing lien rights on a construction project. In addition, the seminar covered other issues impacting lien rights, including specific contractual clauses, payment bonds, arbitration, and other issues.
