Doug's presentation focused on the following topics:
The presentation focused mainly on the topic of E-Filing. Electronic Filing in Federal District Court for the Western District of Kentucky will begin August 30, 2004. Information was shared with those in attendance on how to prepare and embrace this new method for filing with the Court. Those in attendance were aware of this development, but they have given little consideration to implement procedures to take advantage of E-Filing. Doug's presentation shed some light on how Denton & Keuler is approaching E-Filing. |
