As a Certified Public Accountant as well as a respected attorney, Jason Lacy wields a double-edged sword in his representation of business and contractual clients for Denton & Keuler.  After earning both an accounting degree and a law degree, Jason previously worked for a local accounting firm as well as a financial advisor for Ross, Sinclaire & Associates in Louisville, Kentucky, where he focused on the development of municipal bond financing.

Consequently, Jason draws on two disciplines—financial and legal—to offer the firm's clients a depth of knowledge in related facets of his taxation, business law, and commercial/ corporate counsel.  Jason partners these related, yet diverse, backgrounds to offer the firm's clients
a breadth of experiences that serve them in a variety of ways.

Jason takes his diversity of interests into his personal life as well.  An avid outdoorsman, Jason and his wife enjoy the active pursuits of boating, skiing, golfing, and snorkeling.  The young couple enjoys spending time together involved in these and other sporting interests, and their dog Molly enjoys spending time with them.

“I think it's critical, when working with our clients, to make every attempt to communicate in a way that the client understands in order for them to have a good grasp of oftentimes complicated legal issues. I like to think that I'm easy to talk to and that I can help translate situations from a theoretical perspective into a practical explanation.”
