It's said that time is of the essence.  No one knows that better than real estate attorney Neal Oliphant.  Since 1977, Neal has been practicing law in the area of residential and commercial real estate where deadlines often loom large.  Neal's day-to-day work includes title examinations, residential and commercial transactions, and foreclosures. In addition, Neal has practiced in the areas of wills, probate, and estate planning.

Working with many of the area's real estate concerns, banks, loan companies, and clients, Neal has a thorough and complete understanding of the many ins and outs of real estate negotiations.  The depth of Neal's experience in this field brings an unmatched skill set to his area of practice at Denton & Keuler.

Even though much of Neal's work is often on a short leash, he does make time for a shared interest with his wife, owner of Paducah 's Pampered Pets.  The two spend some quality time each week with dozens of breeds whose care owners entrust to this doggie duo.

“I think being thorough and prompt are essential elements to making and maintaining successful relationships with both clients and the real estate entities that I work with on a regular basis. I have always enjoyed this work very much, and it gives me great pleasure to bring my real estate experience to Denton & Keuler.”
