Stacey Blankenship handles a variety of civil litigation suits for the firm, including civil rights, personal injury, and employment law. Of note, she has become a successful class action attorney, a rarity in the western Kentucky area. Stacey has developed this area of practice for the Paducah firm and continues to be sought out to handle greater numbers of these types of cases across the state.
Stacey's experience in representing law enforcement, municipal, and county officials employed by various cities and counties in both eastern and western Kentucky has helped her develop a state-wide reputation of integrity and insight into Civil Rights issues. As a result, Stacey is frequently requested to counsel and train various police departments, municipalities, and jailers. Stacey's rate of dismissal in defending these types of suits is well over 90 percent. Stacey has also had a great rate of success in cases involving personal injury and employment law. |

| When Stacey isn't going to bat for her clients, she's watching her sons, Jacob and Justin, take turns at bat on local baseball fields. And when they're not on the playing field, they're all rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals, the family's all-time favorite major league team. What's almost as fun as winning a case in court? For Stacey, that would be watching her beloved Cardinals win the World Series from the stadium seats!

"I think one of the best testaments to my diligence in managing my cases is the rate of dismissal that I have achieved. I consider myself a workaholic, convinced that my job is not done until I get the results my client deserves."
