The Leadership Paducah program of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce conducted its graduation ceremony at the June 4th Power in Partnership breakfast meeting which was held at the Carson Center. This is Leadership Paducah's 22nd class, with a total of 28 students graduating.

Leadership Paducah is an educational program offered to citizens and business leaders of Paducah and McCracken County. The goal of Leadership Paducah is to assist in the development of personal and career-oriented leadership skills and familiarize students with the community and local government. The program consists of eight sessions that focus on various aspects of community leadership including history, tourism, business development and networking. The class also participates in an orientation retreat that incorporates team-building exercises with leadership training.
